As it shows in the screenshot of disk management it can't boot from drive 0 on its own. It needs disk 1 to do so.
Hence my recommendations, either copy the system partitions from disk one to disk 0 or remove all other drives bar the M2 and reinstall W10 so it can create all required partitions for a UEFI install.
I prefer the latter as it should be faster unless TS has already a ton of software installed.

OK. I disabled the old C: drive in the bios. Then I installed Build 14367 on the new M.2 SSD. I used the UEFI boot option and windows made the four partitions on the M.2 SSD. Up and running.

I'm guessing the M.2 "bios" screen doesn't stay on the screen very long.

I cleaned installed 14367 on the M.2 SSD. Build runs a lot faster.

The other two drives I cleaned with DISKPART and converted them to GPT.

Most of my Data is on my NAS4FREE NAS.
