Download the Windows 10 ISO file. Either using a third party program to mount the ISO file or create a DVD or USB flash drive from the ISO file. From within Windows 7 run setup.exe from inside the mounted ISO file or on the USB flash driver or DVD you created from it.

SP1 for Windows 7 is not required to upgrade to Windows 10 from the ISO file. It is only required to get Windows 10 to show up in Windows Update.

Did the USB drive method and ran the setup file.

Popup: 'Windows 10 Installation failed. ' No codes or anything to proceed further.

It sounds like your Windows 7 installation is too corrupted to install either SP1 for Windows 7 or upgrade to Windows 10. Looks like it is time to start over with a clean install. Make sure to back up any data you want to keep, because a clean install erases everything.
