May I know the 4 months ago Windows 10 installer compares to today Windows 10 installer have any differences or not?

If it were me, I would not bother doing it. The most recent Windows installer is not the most current edition of Windows 10 and a cumulative update will bring it to the most current version.

For example, and these numbers are just examples and might not be accurate:

You have a 4 month old Windows installer. So it is something like build 10586.104
The current Windows installer, if you downloaded it today, would be something like build 10586.117
The current build of Windows 10 is build 10586.420.

It doesn't matter if you install Windows from 4 months ago - build 10586.104, or from the current Windows installer available - build 10586.117; either way the first cumulative update you get from Windows update will take either one of those up to build 10586.420.

You don't really need to download a new Windows installer until the 10586 number changes, which will be in late July when the Anniversary update comes out.
