Name of this Windows 10 Upgrade screen

I am currently trying to automate the Windows 10 upgrade process for some computers around the office. The problem is Windows 10 always resets default apps after the upgrade process has been completed.

In the Windows 10 upgrade process, there is a question about selecting default apps (see picture link below). I was wondering where can I find this setting to automate it to unselect the default Windows apps? Is it a Registry value or a file in the ISO? Usually, I can run a program to figure out which registry value a setting is but at this point of the upgrade I can not RDP in and run that program. Any ideas would be helpful thanks!

    See if this helps:
Deploy Windows 10 with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (Windows 10)

Consider some computers around the office as an enterprise.

    Thanks for your response!
This is exactly the concept our team is working for an automated process to upgrade each of our computers. A minor issue is we can't figure out how to automate the screen of the image posted in the original post, the Default apps screen. It is small that Chrome and Acrobat get reset to Microsoft Edge, but it is very tedious to switch every computers default back.

No this is perfect, Slartybart. I might be able to use Simulate a Windows 10 deployment in a test environment from the link you have provided and try to figure out more about automating the default apps screen. Thanks for your help!
