    Windows 10 Infinite Boot Loop

We got power shortage and the computer suddenly shuts down and when I tried to turn it on again, this annoying infinite boot appears. I tried to reformat my computer using Windows 10 bootable DVD but it won't work, also I tried Windows 10 bootable USB but it will still continue on restarting. PLEASE HELP!

THIS IS THE VIDEO THAT IT KEEPS ON RESTARTING:

Booting USB/DVD will probably not work, because of missing SATA driver, so HDD will not boot either.
Go to BIOS, pressing DEL: Main - IDE Configuration - ATA/IDE Configuration - switch it to Compatible.
Try to boot DVD or USB and use repair install. Switching back to SATA can be done later, if needed.

Can you get into the BIOS and change the boot order or force the system to boot from the DVD?

Did your power outage happen during a storm? Maybe a power surge has damaged the motherboard or the shutdown corrupted a system file so if possible run the CHKDSK and SFC routines if you can get the DVD to boot.

No, there is no storm. We have electrical problems here in our home which causes power shortage. Maybe you are right. The power interruption might be the cause of the infinite boot loop but i really cant get the DVD to boot. Even the 1st boot priority is set to cd/dvd, still wont work

    It says:
Reboot and Select proper Boot device
Or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

And it keeps on repeating that message when i press a key. I already inserted the bootable DVD but i still cant boot it.

Try using F9 for manually selecting a boot device.

Are you sure your DVD is bootable? Have you tested it in another PC? It looks like your system is trying to boot from the disk but fails and then goes into a normal boot from the HDD.
