Yes I have a USB that I created from Windows to reinstall windows.
I tried to delete the partitions, I think thats where I messed something up. The partitions are still showing up, but I think something is missing. I'm trying again this is what happens

I get the Install Now option, then setup is starting, click accept terms, then I get option to Upgrade or custom install, if I choose upgrade I get: Upgrade option isn't available. So I try the custom install, then I get the following:

Where do you want to install Windows?

    Drive 0 partition 1: SYSTEM TOTAL SIZE: 100.0MB FREE SPACE: 53.0 TYPE:SYSTEM
DRIVE 0 PARTITION 2 TOTAL SIZE: 16MB FREE SPACE: 16MB MSR (RESERVED)
DRIVE 0 PARTITION 3 TOTAL SIZE: 25.5GB FREE SPACE: 28.4GB PRIMARY
DRIVE 0 PARTITION 4 TOTAL SIZE 500.0MB FREE SPACE: 486.0MB RECOVERY

PARTITION 3 IS THE ONLY ONE IT WILL LET ME ATTEMPT TO INSTALL TO

Select each partition one at a time and click delete. Then highlight the unallocated space and click next.

That worked perfect. Thank you so much, Any help on the driver issues I'm having. I found this info but their link doesn't work for the drivers I need and I don't know how to find them.

Unfortunately many of these cheap tablets don't come with much (or any) support from the manufacturer, as is true in this case (at least no support that I can find). You can try to contact the company and see if they have a recovery image available. The first thing I do when I get a new computer is export all the drivers using the dism /export-driver command and also create a backup image of the "hard drive". If you did not do that yourself, your best hope is to find someone on the internet who did export the drivers or has a backup image they can send you.

On my Nextbook tablet, not only did I need the drivers exported from the factory software, but there was also a tricky screen orientation registry entry I had to find in or to get the screen to rotate properly between portrait and landscape. There is also a driver that needs to be manually installed to make the screen rotate which has no device entry in device manager until the driver is manually loaded.

Windows 8 drivers will almost always work, and Windows 7 drivers about half the time.
