That's okay - no rush. We all have other things to take care of meanwhile....

"unable to update the boot configuration data"
What kind of boot loader are you using? Since you have iOS on here, are you using a 3rd-party boot loader?

Well, you can create the recovery media in Macrium. You need something to be able to boot the system to restore an image, if need be. Create it to an ISO and then burn the ISO to a disk.

When you first turn on your computer, what shows on the screen? What do you see to select an operating system? Bootcamp? Grub? Windows Boot Manager?

I see the windows 10 logo with the spinning circles and then windows gets booted or I can use the boot device select tool F10 in the uefi to decide my boot device / bootloader.

Well, I don't think you will ever get W10 to complete any upgrade, ever, without reagentc (Recovery Environment) enabled. The command to enable it failed. Msconfig should show your W10 OS and it doesn't.

I'm afraid this is beyond my expertise. Perhaps @Kyhi may have some insight, but I have to step away from this one, as I just don't have an answer for you, other than the clean install. I am sorry.
