    This system has a gpt layout, this was an installation upgraded from 8.1 back before 10 was released with the TechnicalPreview, I have all the keys and and no backup made using macrium

    if you want to make a image backup 1st using Macrium, here is the link, its a free program.

    21 min remains for imaging.I have already backuped my documents and photos but not programs all my essential ones are on my D: drive

    You might as well as suggest what you think might be the solution to the problem.

    I would unplug everything except your C: Drive ....also nothing in your DVD drive .....then try installing your windows again.
    Reboot after unplugging all your drives, and just have your Windows drive only one connected.

    read the same solution on another forum and it did not help a bit, still having the same error , This was with nothing but my ssd.
