You might have to do a clean install then ....because some of those errors are reporting problems with your partitions.
You could try removing bitdefender and not just disabling it .....

checkdisk was running for a good 6 min before it completed, this time the setup took longer before repeating the same error.
Sounds like your partitions are messed up ......why I don't know ....you might have to do a clean install to fix your problem.

removed bit defender and rebooted still it possesses the same error
Is there no way but to clean install i don't want to lose my files.
When you ran chkdsk did you have to reboot to finish running it and did it find any errors??
It showed no errors and i rebooted.
It showed to access all files currently used by other programs it needs to reboot but then after reboot it showed no errors
