You are not correctly responding to the offers of help
1. I use Dells. I have no problems.
2. The OEM key is imbedded, and has nothing to do with the OS installed. Belarq will find it and display it. It will also inform you as to the particular model (pro etc. Usually Pro with Dell). Once you have that, you can download and reinstall that version, from the link given (Adamf Post #4)
3. Have you attempted to try the "Restore to factory condition" in the F12 options on start up. It is in a hidden and protected partition on all Dells, unless you have reformatted the whole HD with a third party program.
4. A Windows 10 (Pro) build does not require a key. But you will need to install the builds successively, or use the tutorial here:

5. (See Post gzt7d8 #14) Belarq will also give you the Service tag. If you then go to Dell home page, and put in the Service tag where it asks, it will give you all the information you require, regarding you PC.
