Ok, try this and don't worry about the English.
Disconnect from the Internet before installing - this will force the creation of a local account.
I'm not sure if the MS account failure is in some way affecting the rest of the install
If you still have difficulty, it might be bad install media. Consider downloading it again and putting it to DVD.
edit: Just thought of something else - it could be a language issue. Consider installing the English version and then switch the machine to your native tongue.
Best of luck.
Slartybart:
I have tried everything except installing from DVD. Will try that in the morning.
I use the English version already.

I try with internet ON and OFF, but i have same problem.
In build US and Portuguese (Brazil).
Thanks for the update - did you use a DVD to install or a flash drive? I recommend a DVD when members have trouble.
Maybe it's an 'upgrade' issue. Try installing Windows on an unformatted partition (only create the partition, do not format it), 30 GBs is more than enough to test Win10. My install uses less than 20 GBs.
How is your drive initialized? MBR or GPT?
Here's a zip file with two management consoles (MMC) for preformatted Disk Management screenshots.
dmDskmgr.zip
unzip the files and for both versions,
double click to run,
Alt+PrtScrn to grab the window in a screen shot,
paste that into paint and save it.
Then post the output here - it will show me what your disk schema looks like.
The error you are reporting doesn't sound as tough it's a disk issue, but ...
... I'm out of ideas. Perhaps another member will drop by and provide some insight that helps solve the issue.
projeto de lei
I always get a kick out of translating my name, the funny thing is William is William in both languages (according to Google translate), but Bill sometimes comes out as charge or invoice. When I translated projeto de lei back to English, it became bill - note the lower case 'b'. So I suspect that this explanation was not wasted
Bill
.
My notebook donīt have UEFI, maybe is Shuttle barebone (In Brazil is sold CCE W545 BR).
I used my pendrive with MS tool (iso to pendrive), works with windows 7 and 10 (last build)
I came back with windows 7 Basic Home (exist this version) and I will wait final version the windows 10 .
Willian is Willian in portuguese, (law = lei , project = projeto)
Bill no exist in portuguese language, no problem.
Tried installing from DVD and get the same outcome. Something went wrong. These last two builds 10036 and 10041 are useless to me..

Anyone know of a program that you can install on USB and boot from that to access files on your hard drive?
