Windows 10 ISO, How Often Upgraded?

hey, i bought ssd 60gb and decided to upgrade to windows 10. i installed windows 10 and csgo on the ssd. and i have aroudn 80-150 fps now. in windows 7 i had 300 fps without drops like now. i tried the xbox thing and also the hrtf headphones too....

Will you stay with 10? Or will/have you reverted to Windows 7/8?

No problems only question is do I have to drop out of the Insiders Program? I made a 500MB un-allocated space before Win 7 , didn't know if I had to but since it was there in 10 I did.
