    Once I had Windows 10 RTM dual booting with Linux 17.2. No issue whatsoever.

    Yes it is. I have the newest Windows 10 test preview and Ubuntu 16.04 both installed on my multi-boot system and they play well with each other. I just updated to the Windows 10 preview so previously I was running Ubuntu 16.04 and the retail version of Windows 10.
