    mediacreationtool not working (anymore)

I wanted to migrate back to Windows8.1, but the mediacreationtool doesnt let me download the windows8.1 iso file anymore. I guess this totally purposely, to force people into Windows10. It just says something like "cant download bla bla" the moment I click ok. A friend tested it too and it doesnt work.

Are there any other save mirrors for a Windows 8.1 x86 iso? Or can I get any logs by the mediacreationtool, why it's not working?

Were you using this link ?

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/soft...nload/windows8

I just tried it and it got started ok.

P.S. I did not finish it because I have no use of a win 8/8.1 iso file.
