    Cannot upgrade from Win 8.1 Pro to Windows 10


    Hi everyone,

    My current Windows is 8.1 Pro. I am trying to upgrade to Windows 10 but I got the problem.

    This is the error message :

    It seems that the compatibility checker is finding an onboard graphics device that may not have drivers for Win 10. I'm not familiar with it, but it appears to be one not commonly used is desktop PCs.

    You can probably complete the upgrade using one of the methods in the tutorial in the link in Post 2. Choose a method other than the Windows Update one.
