Downloading and running the tool from the en-ca site gave me the upgrade now option.

Odd, but I added regional download options for this in OPTION TWO for MCT.

True. It should be the same file no matter how you download it.

Yeah, it's now back on the en-ca site. Just had a look see myself. It will all change again in a couple of months anyway. There should be a lot of changes in July, and or end of.
