    Only problem still cannot update through Windows update, also Update optimization is also deactivated. So much for choice Microsoft,

    How are you setting your WWAN as un-metered? Option 2 here might still work.. Wireless Network Metered Connection - Set in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    netsh wbn set profileparameter name="name" cost=Unrestricted

    I never saw that one... Just tried but it didn't help. All other settings in the "Settings App that have to do with downloading are set to non metered but the system insists that it is metered.

    By the way, wbn is wrong it should be mbn(mobile broadband network)
