what I meant by “Windows 10 configuration being messed up”
is that the solid integrity of the install of Windows 10 is in doubt.
That you should consider some options to do some sort of action for Windows 10. like some sort of repair
or at the worst case either a Windows Refresh or maybe otherwise, a Windows Reset.
I hope this is more helpful?
I think this is what we should probably more worried about the rest are problems from the integrity problem is there a tool to download so I can scan my system and paste the log here so you can see what the tech. is on about.
Or do you want a copy of the log from FRST log which the Tech. worked out there is a prob. copied and pasted? ]

DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Windows 10 Forums

Be sure to read the note in the blue box in step 6 of Option 1. It tells you where to get the install.wim file.

Go through steps 1 - 4 in order of Option 1. If the results of those steps says everything is healthy, there is no need to do the restore health steps because there is nothing to fix. The install.esd file is known to not work as a source for restore-health if you have corruption errors from the first 4 steps - it will give you an error. To restore-health when the install.esd file doesn't work, your need to download the ISO file from Microsoft Tech Bench and use the install.wim file from that.

I would try creating a new local user account, change account type to administrator, log in to the new account created and see if the problems exist in the new account. It might be your user account profile that is corrupted.
