Win10 fresh install has slowed evrything down instead of speeding it u

All installations do take their time. I usually leave and let it do its thing. And then usually wait to the day after before I begin installing other software and so forth hence why a reinstall is not something I enjoy doing. And as mentioned, as far as I know all my hardware drivers have been updated along with it. No. something is very odd here since W10's behavior doesn't seem normal at all and quite sporadic--sometimes good and sometimes not at all (As mentioned, besides all updated hardware and all hardware checked/tested to be working well, there is also no malware, virus etc. and all of my software is legal--some yet to be installed; including some of the 'bloatware' which I liked.)

there is also no malware, virus etc.: how do you know this?, what antivirus, antimalware, ect do you use?

I see you have a SSD, what are the hd properties settings for it?

Did you run the action center, all settings, and then step thru each category and sub category and make adjustments as needed?

What I mean is that all drivers have been updated; yes, I used windows and yes, I went to the individual hardware sites, starting with Acer, then to intel, my SSD and so forth. Why I said 'as far as I know' is because you go to one site and it tells you one thing you go to another and it tells you something else. And what I mean by this is that the manufacturer tells you to go to your computer company and your computer company has drivers that are ''old'' (And no, I did not run a program that updates drivers, reason being is that I have yet to find one that actually does a good job regardless of what the claims may be).

As to no malware etc. I think I said it at the beginning of my post that I used many of them, my windows default one and 3 or 4 reputable online ones (Besides, as a fresh install and not having gone anywhere-definitely not porn/gambling/download sites etc. where would such a virus malware come from to start off with?).
SSD properties settings? I don't know. I ran the tests and they tell me all is fine (as mentioned)--as to actually reading these tests I don't know enough to understand them. (Do the images I provided say anything to you?)
Did I "run the action center"? Yes, but sorry to say I don't see the connection. I'm aware some feature may slow things down here and there but whatever adjustments I made now were made before so the issue is not there. There is something about the fresh install which does not do things the same as when it installed itself over win 8.1. As logic as this may sound, the answer's gotta be there somewhere--or as I mentioned it may have something to do with the latest updates. (And then there's Cortana which doesn't seem to know the difference between A and B--favoring the web and Chinese over everything, but that's another issue.)
