I spoke too soon; not all the pro features made it over, I was missing groups under computer management. I had the same problem as this user had when they upgraded: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/fe6c0606-c0a7-4af7-8c70-24e2f3bfc5bf/remote-desktop-select-users-grayed-out?forum=win10itpronetworking
He tried the recovery, but only with partial success, I will give it a try but I fear I am going to have to do a clean install. If so I hope I can reuse the same OEM key.

Are you looking under System Tools, Local Users and Groups?

Your image shows what my home --> upgraded to pro version looks like. But, I am expecting this (it what my other win 10 pro install looks like):

Mine is a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (non-"N" version). Is there a specific reason you need all those extra groups?

Really, I am surprised your install is not showing all those components. - You should really look into that.

(The N version I have just means it is missing windows Media Player, it should otherwise be the same as yours) And to answer your question:

    - I need the Remote Desktop Users Group in order to allow non-admins to server as Remote Desktop hosts.
    - In the future I may need some of those other components.
