    hdd to ssd


    hdd to ssd-capture.pngHi I have cloned my new HP laptop (HDD) with Acronis to a new SSD drive I've attached a snap shot of the disk management to see if it looks right with a 10gig unallocated partition and EFI partition.

    Doesn't look too bad. You can use minitools partition manager free to move the 866 MB partition to the end on tje right hand side. Then you could expand the C drive to fill the unallocated space.

    DO NOT delete this partition. It contains boot sector information and is critical to a UEFI installation. If you delete that Windows will not work, as you will not be able to boot.
