Corrupted Installation Files Build 14251

I grabbed the install.esd from the upgrade from 11102. Created an ISO using DVD and USB. However, I get this "setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file". Tried going back to 11102 and repeated the process three time. Still same thing. (I have grabbed the install.esd file before and after the installation but it didn't make a difference. Anyone else have this problem? Please share if you have the solution. I'm trying to do a clean install by the way. Otherwise I just have to live with the updated OS. Thank you in advance.

Kari updated his ESD to ISO tool (first page) and it now works. Wish I had checked the thread earlier because it would have saved me quite a bit of frustration.

Tried it but still no go. This is the only build that has given me problems. Thanks tho.

Have you tried running a memory test such as memtest86, those symptoms can occur if you have bad memory.
