http://www.howtogeek.com/I was reading this article - I have win 10 pro in one of two disks - Upgraded from Win 8 Pro
I ask if can have in same PC second dual[hdd+ssd] Win 10 Pro OS.... without a second key , since win 10 sees and registers the pc hardware?

As long as it's in the same machine, I don't see any problem.

Technically yes, but be aware this is not in strict accordance with EULA.

Having said that I have seen MS support suggest that as a way of running Insider versions alongside a release version.
