While installing the 9926 update it failed and reverted...

Have been running Win 10 preview on my Toshiba laptop for a few months and other updates went fine. Yesterday when it tried to do the new update it got to 86 % or so then said it failed and reverted back to the previous version. I do have the kb required for he update to work.

Blackrock. This is similar to my first try at 9926. I downloaded the iso and burned a disk. When I clean installed it from the dvd it stopped at 86%. I tried again with same results. So I started over with a new download and a new burn of a dvd. Everything went smooth with the install? Just thought it was odd that we both had stalled at the same %. Good luck to you with your laptop.

Thanks Charlie. I just started downloading the ISO now. So I will see how it goes in a few hours when I get it downloaded and burnt.

I had the download of the .iso running when I went to church at 10:30 AM and got back about 2PM, the download had not quite finished but 9926 had automatically installed itself. Just had about an hour of finishing up. I did let the download finish, might need it later.
