Regarding the installation of Windows 10 32-bit, I created a new virtual machine and installed Windows 8.1 in order to copy the files. After installation was complete, I copied the files hal.dll, halmacpi.dll, ntoskrnl.exe and winload.exe in a folder on host computer. I applied the patch. I then wanted to check if Windows 10 32-bit can load if I replace the Windows 10 files with these patched Windows 8.1 files. So I booted with Windows 10 32-bit ISO and deleted all partitions and installed Windows 10 32-bit. Once complete, I restarted the computer, booted into the ISO again and at first screen I pressed Shift+F10 to open a command prompt. With the appropriate commands I copied the original Windows 10 files in another folder as backup and then I copied the patched Windows 8.1 files into C:\Windows\system32 replacing them. Unfortunately, Windows 10 could not load with the patched files and was always running troubleshooting without success. The only way to load Windows 10 again was to open a command prompt and restore the original Windows 10 files.

So it is official, Windows 10 cannot be installed on a Pentium 4 without patching the original files. Patched Windows 8.1 files are not compatible, they do not work. So unless there is a newer PatchPAE utility (or similar tool) that can patch the original Windows 10 files of build v1803 and newer, you cannot install recent versions of Windows 10 32-bit on a Pentium 4 without NX/PAE support. I did install old builds such as v1607, but it could not load in standard mode, I had to boot into test mode (ignore driver signatures). Newer builds change these files, so the patch cannot find the right position inside the file and fails.

Anybody knows of a new patch, please talk!

as long as you have minimum dual core 2.3ghz++
    and ram 4GB with w10 32bit
unused ram can be manage using some software to manage unused RAM (without patch the kernel)
u can run w10. with 1 app of adobe cs6 ... 1 browser with 4 tabs (chrome/edge/brave) 1 or 2 office app in one time

Minimum system requirements for running Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 32-bit are a CPU of at least 1GHz with support for NX/PAE. Neither the Pentium 4 3.00 Prescott socket 478, nor a socket 478 motherboard supports that. You need a newer version, socket 775. Hence the need to patch the system files to bypass compatibility check. I could patch the files to install and run the original Windows 8 and 8.1 Even the first builds of Windows 10, up to v1607 could run in test mode (ignore driver signature option). Newer Windows 10 builds changed the structure of the system files and patch fails. I guess I will have to do with Windows 7 or 8. Forget Windows 10.
