    Hi,

OP states that the current install (10240?) is activated though. See post #11.

    Cheers,
Doesn't necessarily mean it was legally activated though. There are illegal KMS servers out there that can be used to activate Enterprise on. Microsoft shuts them down, but they just put them back up again. Use a key for one of the ones that's been shut down and you won't activate. KMS activation has to reactivate every so many days or it times out. If your using legitimate legal keys activation shouldn't be an issue.

And that is definitely a problem!
For an Insider yes. On the corporate side, that's the IT guy or girls problem. They likely don't want joe employe doing it them selves anyway. Running the Enterprise version is a totally different ball of wax from running Home/Pro consumer release.

Where are you getting all these keys? What ISO are you trying to upgrade the current Enterprise install with? The Media Creation Tool ISO cannot upgrade Enterprise. You need an Enterprise ISO to even attempt it.

I'm using the spanish ISO: es_windows_10_enterprise_version_1511_x64_dvd_7225131.iso
I changed from Pro to Enterprise some days ago... perhaps there is a problem with this ISO. I read that I need to wait 30 days for the update after the installation of Windows, so I'll wait until then.
Thank you for your help, guys.

Ok, I'll ask this one more time. Where did you get your Enterprise keys? We need to know if they are legitimate keys. This affects activation, and you asked why is it now not activated? Why did you upgrade to Enterprise in the first place? The 30 day delay only applies to the upgrade via Windows update. Enterprise won't upgrade that way anyway. Not as far as I know anyway. I've seen people asking when it will happen but nobody has reported it actually happened.
