The main problem is that I have already activated my Windows 10 to Enterprise... and when I try to update (or reinstall) to Windows 10 Enterprise TH2 it says that my edition is different... so I can't keep my personal files (same problem with Windows Pro TH2 ISO)

Maybe we should ask where you obtained the product keys for Enterprise from?

    Why?

As it happens I converted my (activated) Pro to (unactivated) Enterprise using the generic key PBHCJ-Q2NYD-2PX34-T2TD6-233PK published repeatedly on this forum and indeed by MS.

Knowing where you got the key doesn't help with the fact you can upgrade but not downgrade - all you can do is restore or re-install. It also has nothing to do with activation.

I'm going to risk the wrath of others but have to ask the question "Why change to Enterprise?". If using the computer in a business with other computers that business may have the Enterprise license [may be referred to as Volume Licensing] and should provide to you the key they were provided when buying the license. It may have a limit on the number of times it can be used.

I've not seen an advantage of Enterprise over Professional version but I haven't seen ALL that either version can do, I'm not in a larger business.

I run Enterprise because it has the official Windows To Go utility built in Control Panel. Pro doesn't have it. As a Microsoft MVP I get a free MSDN subscription with the legal keys to use it, so why not? There may be other reasons for other people depending on their situation.

I was asking the OP where he got his enterprise product keys from. In his instance it does matter because if he has illegitimate product keys that might explain why he can't update to build 1511. It would be similar if you were asking why your install of Enterprise was not activated - the answer to that would be because the product key you used is only valid for activating products that already have a digital entitlement stored on MS activation servers.

    Hi,

Have you tried running setup.exe from within Windows yet ?

If I understand everything correctly, Windows Pro accepted an Enterprise key, activated with that and now TH2 sees it as a Pro version ?

What does running winver tell you ?

    Cheers,

Pro will not accept an Enterprise key for installation or activation. Entering an Enterprise key via "change product key" in Home or Pro upgrades them to Enterprise. Activation happens after the upgrade. If you enter a blocked key it will still upgrade but then fail to activate.

Where are you getting all these keys? Are they legitimate keys? Enterprise keys are corporate keys? Other than MSDN etc.
