How to make a not in pace repair installation?

Hello, I've a dual boot Windows 8 and Windows 10 pro 64 bit notebook. I've lost - after having installed an application Screencamera - the possibility to boot to Windows 10 (even in Safe node!) so in order to regain access to it I'd try to make a repair installation; the tutorial I've read here is for a repair from within windows; I wonder how to do the same (or how to fix) from outside it? Thank you.

    Best,

You don't. You can only do a repair when booted from Win 10.

What happens when you try to boot from Win 10 now? Maybe we can help you fix that so a new install will not be necessary.

Try option one in this tutorial: SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums

See if that fixes any missing or defective system files and allows you to boot normally.

I tried your option but I got a message told me I had to restart to end a previous repair; I did it but it keeps on asking me the restart!
I've attached the image below that may be of use; there are two recovery console; when selected they just display the error and try to repair with no result in an infinite loop.
