Absolutely no issues, subject to that you have not activated it too often; just install it and use the key included to activate.
As @Kari said, it should install and activate. If not you can use phone activation.

WIndows as well as Office retail product keys are reusable.
A typical scenario: You have Office installed and activated with your boxed retail key, when your Windows crashes beyond repair. Only solution seems to be reinstall. You reinstall Windows using the same original key it was activated before the crash, then reinstall Office and activate it with the same boxed retail key you had it activated before.
Both your Windows and Office will be activated although you reused the old keys.
It's the same. By activating Windows and Office on the new PC, the old one loses it's activation status. Worst case scenario is that you get a notification about the key being used already, but in that case you will be offered a so called phone activation number and can activate both by phone.
