Reinstalling win10 Pro Insider Preview

In Settings it says 1511 on my screen by the clock it says 15192

Anyway. I want to wipe my drive (250gb ssd) after I back up what ever I need and do a clean install
Do I need to make a iso to reinstall the insider preview or what is the procdure to get back where I am now? Where can I get the iso...is it on my drive now?
Is it even possible?

What are the differences of the last Insider preview build with 10240? Is it worth trying it? Any new features?
