    error 0X8007025D during clean install

I have used searched and looked through posts of other people with this problem and have tried almost everything.
I'm booting from bios to a usb and installing windows 10 on a 250gb ssd and it get to about 77-82% and the spits out the error 0x8007025D and I cant get it to go any further. I have used the media installation tool to install on three separate usb's and still get the same problem.

    here are my specs

    CPU: i7 6700K
    MOBO: ASROCK Z170 K6
    RAM: 2x8 DDR4
    GPU: RADEON R290x

all that's plugged in is the ssd, monitor, ram, and keyboard/mouse

really would like to get this figured out, any help is appreciated and PM's are welcome

I had this error today. I found a solution to do a clean install by changing my HDD in Bios to IDE which let me complete the install. Since AHCI is a much better performance than IDE I then followed these instructions to change back both the OS and the BIOS.
