    That's true, according to UEFI specs an USB stick has to be formatted with FAT32 in order to be bootable.

    LordMustachio - I'm assuming your Win10 install is on a bootable USB flash drive - if so, how did you create that?

    gives guidance on that. I had followed Option 1 which gave me UEFI bootable USB flash drives and they have FAT32 format. In Option 2, employing Rufus, you can take Step 6 or Step 7 to give you bootable USB to use with either UEFI or Legacy BIOS, respectively. In Option 2, Step 6, mind that Brink instructs you disable Secure boot and Fast Boot for doing the install.
