    upgrade to Windows 10 from 7, everytime fail at configuring setting75%


    everytime during configuring setting around 75%, it will show blank screen with no cursor even the caps lock light will not light up, external keyboard and mouse no light seem like just hang. After around 1 hour restart revert back to windows 7. Here is the setuperror.log hope to find a solution TQ.

    Uninstall your antivirus. Some others in this forum also had graphics drivers issues. So uninstall your graphics drivers as well, then try upgrading again. After a successful upgrade you can reinstall them. It's a good idea to update chipset drivers before the upgrade to Windows 10.
