Explorer.exe crash loop - ntdll.dll file implicated
Hi there,
This question pertains to a Dell Inspiron 15 N5040 Laptop that I have attempted to upgrade to Windows 10. Unfortunately on both occasions after installing Windows 10 after logon the explorer.exe program begins a crash loop, rendering the laptop about as useful as a brick.
The error log is below, I cannot offer it as a .zip file as the computer is not active long enough to do that.
