    Explorer.exe crash loop - ntdll.dll file implicated


    Hi there,
    This question pertains to a Dell Inspiron 15 N5040 Laptop that I have attempted to upgrade to Windows 10. Unfortunately on both occasions after installing Windows 10 after logon the explorer.exe program begins a crash loop, rendering the laptop about as useful as a brick.
    The error log is below, I cannot offer it as a .zip file as the computer is not active long enough to do that.

    Unfortunately I have tried everything I can see listed as a solution in the BSOD related thread with no fix. I had already gone over that thread as part of my attempts to solve this issue.
    Should I move this thread to the BSOD forum?

    Hi! If your thread needs to be moved, a staff member will move it. This is what I find researching your error!
    Maybe other members here have a better solution?? There is a lot going on in this link, but you might give it a look!
