And, I've never heard of a motherboard needing a special bios to run a 32bit operating system.... especially since Product Keys for Windows 8 or 10 that might be stored in the bios will work for either the 32bit or 64bit architecture, so long as the version (pro, home, etc) are the same.
Sorry, not ignoring the posts, in the process of getting the 32 bit boot disc.
I thought I could just download it from my 64 bit Windows 10 installation, nope. Microsoft's download tool detects what bit you're using and won't allow a 32 bit download.
So I decided to reinstall Windows 8 32 bit just to get the ISO.
Slightly frustrating but not all that time consuming.

I can't even get to the screen you attached.. I can download the 32 bit tool and as soon as run it, I get a message that my OS bit level doesn't match the bit level of the download tool, please choose the correct download tool for your OS..
