The EFI System Partition has changed. Try to enable Windows RE.

reagentc /enable

What is 7z? Software?

If you run
dir /a /s c:\Windows\System32\winre.wim
and the WinRE.wim is not there
we need a new.
Google for 7z
Every PC needs that

It allows you to extract the WinRE.wim from the install.wim

probably needs an Firmware Update. On Samsung webside you find it including an instruction how to flash it from a Boot Stick

I downloaded the firmware. Doesn't have a date on it. Its an .ISO file. When I open it, it takes me to a DVD file. ?? I stopped.

Don't try to open it.

Read the instructions. You need a special prepared boot stick. It is done in Linux environment!

You install samsung magician to update the firmware if you are under windows. It's In the update part of the software at the bottom left.
