    and
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice

    sel disk 1
    sel par 2
    delete partition override
    exit

    usually these steps are executed from a PE-environment
    but try again

    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    sel par 3
    assign letter=S
    exit
    bcdboot c:\windows /s S: /f UEFI


    reboot
    Do you have a USB-Bootmedium?
