Keep Cool! Where is the problem? The Recovery Partition has a wrong ID and Attribute. It should be increased first. The W11 upgrade will fix that as well and replace the WinRE.wim with the WIN11.
The most critical part is to merge Partition 1+2 .

When you downlad the WIN11 ISO save it on Partition (D:)

List disk 0 is a wrong command from Megahertz
Do know how to use a USB-Recovery Stick and boot from it?
Then it's easy to merge partition 1+2

I can see you're paying attention.

@sfleury as Pentagon also noticed, the command is:
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    diskpart
    list disk 0
    list part
    exit

    reagentc /info

    Post the results here

Do you have any drive image softwaree like Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backuper?

That diskpart stuff is not needed and the winre.wim will be exchanged by a WIN11-winre.wim

If you don't know how to boot from a USB-Medium you will not solve the partition layout
The diskpart result was already listed in the "Partition Wizard"

And the results of reagentc /info?

You have an old Recovery partition at the beginning of the drive and one at the end.
