I am showing that it can take up to 12gb and is a 64bit CPU. Suggest creating a new USB install and try it again.

Any reason you didn't use the MS media creation tool and do it the easy and reliable way?
(Tutorial available- just click Tutorials above and look...).

Your PC seems to be from around 2010. No guarantee of compatibility of course.

There are plenty of threads reporting problems booting this PC from a bootable drive.

Typically for an HP machine, to boot from a bootable disk:
Boot HP From a USB via a Boot Menu Key

The process of using an HP Boot Menu key to boot from a USB is the following:

Insert your bootable USB into your HP computer.
Turn on or restart your computer and repeatedly press the HP Boot Menu key. It’s ESC on most HP computers, but you can also use F9 for desktop HP Pavilion booting from a USB.
Once you see the Startup Menu screen, press F9 to specify your boot device. Note that the Boot Device Options utility on some models is Boot Menu. You’ll see the latter during an HP EliteBook, HP ZBook, HP ProDesk, and HP ProBook boot from a USB.

If you have the Win10 installation iso, to make a Win 10 USB installation boot able drive:

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

    diskpart
list disk (it will list all drives. Identify the USB drive number)
select disk n (replace n by the USB drive number obtained with list disk)
    clean
    convert mbr
    create part primary
    select part 1
    format fs=fat32 quick
    assign
    active
    exit (to exit diskpart)

On Win 10, mount the iso file and copy all files and folders to the USB drive.
On Win 7 use 7Zip to extract all files and folders from the Win 7 iso file to the USB drive.
The USB will boot as Legacy or UEFI to install as Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT

Your computer shows it is running Win7 32-bit, to change to 64-bit requires wiping the drive. Last month I Upgraded a 64-bit Win8.1 Notebook from 2013 to Win10 by accessing the USB drive made by the Microsoft MCT in File Explorer and running the setup.exe file on it. It is a lower-end machine with a Celeron 1.50Ghz CPU and 4GB RAM but I found 2 modules in my salvaged parts to get 8GB in it, works quite nice. Due to its age the Wireless does not have 5G support, I have 2 Notebooks from 2014 and 1 has 5G and the other doesn't.

Thank you, the your solution is working and i have changed the usb key to be sure to installing windows 10 without problem of loading or long waitings of hours/years.

To boot from usb dvd cd hdd lan on hp 530 press F9 after turn on the computer many times up to appears a blue menu.

A note if someone think the own hardware is unsupported, to install any version of windows: is wait, wait and wait again because sometime the speed of your usb key is slow and you can go in to confusion or panic.
At the end, for to install windows use a always high quality usb key for this job or use a usb key where you know the story of the usb key and you are sure to use on the computer.
Beware to cheap or strange price of the usb keys before to buy online, because you can buy a usb key with fake size or to defective, with funzionality or compatibility and with durability limiteded, with risk to loose your datas.
