A Asus with a dual core doesn't come with a SSD.
Did you ever buy and installed a SSD?

So the chances that you have a dying HDD are huge.

Did you do the check disk I've instructed (see post #20)

I'm not asking you to boot Windows
I'm asking you to boot from a Win 10 installation drive and do a check disk.

Boot from a Win 10 installation drive and at the Windows Setup screen, press Shift+F10 simultaneously to open a command line prompt. Type:
    diskpart
list vol (take note of the Windows partition letter. It may not be C:)
    exit
chkdsk X: /f (replace X with the letter found with list vol. Pay attention on the results)

It's a DVD or USB flash drive with Win 10 installation files on it so you can boot from it and install Win 10 on the HDD or SSD.

Do you have a USB flash drive (pendrive) so you can load Win 10 installation files on it? It must be 8G or bigger.
Don't you have a friend that understand a little more about computers to help you?

This is now fixed (local shop fixed it, and it was caused by a corrupt driver.)
Thank you for all of your replies.
    Best wishes,
