Windows 10 won't let me open anything (literally anything)

I just installed Windows 10 Home onto my PC using a USB. Everything looked the way it should. However, after about a couple of minutes, once the installation is complete, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and then it takes me back to the home screen. Now the home screen is missing part of the taskbar like everything to the left of the time and date not including the search bar and apps on the taskbar, and things on the desktop like the recycle bin. To make matters worse, when I click on Microsoft explorer or anything for that matter(settings, ctrl+alt+delete, literally everything), it does not show up on my screen. The interesting thing is that it still opens because if I hover my mouse over the taskbar where explorer is, it shows it is open. lt just does not display on my screen. Not sure if I have a graphics issue or what but help would be much appreciated :)
