I suggest you build the USB Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT so it can boot as Legacy or UEFI.

    Windows 10 Clean Install

    Reset BIOS or load defaults.
Set Disk mode to AHCI, not RAID
Select OS mode = UEFI .
Disable fast boot and secure boot (you can turn it on after installation)

Windows can be installed in two ways: Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT
To install as Legacy-MBR you must boot the installation drive as Legacy
To install as UEFI-GPT you must boot the installation drive as UEFI.

As you have a UEFI BIOS, you should install as UEFI-GPT
Detach any other drives (SATA or Power cable) from the MB.

During POST, press F12 to launch the boot menu. You will see two options for the USB drive. USB UEFI (Name) and USB (Name). Select USB UEFI (Name) if you want to install as UEFI-GPT or select USB (name) if you want to install as Legacy-MBR.
Go to install and delete ALL partitions on the main drive till you have one and only one unallocated space and then proceed.
If you don't want to use MS account, don't enable updates or connect to the internet during installation.
Don't have fast or secure boot options apparently

In some MB, when you select OS mode = UEFI it implies secure boot = enabled. You can try this mode.
In my MB I have to select OS mode = other and then select UEFI mode. I didn't want Secure boot enabled as I have other OSs than Windows.

Oh, well that mode doesn't work at all for me lol it boots right to the BIOS. I guess that makes sense. Under CSM mode I can attempt booting Windows but that's where I get stuck with inaccessible boot device or the keyboard issue depending on what I'm attempting.

Computer place thinks the age of my computer might have contributed to the issue.

Compatible System Mode (CSM) is for older OS like Win 7.

Did you build the Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT or did you use Rufus?
If you build the Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT follow the instructions I gave you. Make sure you use the one time boot menu (F12) and select USB UEFI (Name) to boot as UEFI.

Just a note: last week I was given a computer from 2013 that came with Win7 Pro and Upgraded to Win11. I had 2 x 500GB HDDs running as RAID1, removal of one allowed the boot to to progress normally. Changing the BIOS to AHCI prevents booting. I changed the BIOS to AHCI the connected an HDD to do the rebuild of Win10. Only issue I have to deal with is recovering files the lady needs for her new computer so I change the drives followed by changing the BIOS to which drive I want to boot to.
