Don't think I mentioned it, or see it, but if the computer has both USB 2 ports [black center] and USB 3 ports [blue center] it may not boot to the USB Thumb drive if plugged into the USB 3 port. Those BIOSes support USB 2 but need to get USB 3 support from the OS when it loads. Newer combination USB 2/USB 3 ports have worked for me a couple of times booting to Linux USB Thumb drives.

    Possible marking near USB ports:

Already done it, the problem is exactly this, when i boot from the usb drive, just stucks/loops in the screen before the install with the Dell logo.

    UPDATE
Now, instead of just bootlooping the USB stick, it gives DRIVER_PNP_WATCHCODE when trying to boot Windows 11
    Created through Media Creation Tool.
Also, read in the Answers Microsoft for someone with the same problem, and one thing that i forgot to mention is that the touchpad shortly before had broken, specifically on the "click" part, and someone in the exact same situation just disconnected it and started working again, will look foward on doing that.

Try Ventoy, I'm reluctant to mention it because I've suggested it before because it works, but I don't want to sound repetitive. Prepare a Ventoy USB with the ISO install files you need and boot, you can find tutorials on the web. Keep in mind, depending on your boot configuration you might need (or not) to enter keys (secure boot).

What you mention sounds (again) to me, like hardware issues. It is very important that you check your hard drive, the USB(s)s sticks you are using, and if possible test installing on a different computer, you know, placing there your hard drive. What you add here could be due to a hardware issue getting worse, perhaps a loose cable, or loose RAM sticks, or anything else.

USBS, yes I mentioned this before, here too, some machines are picky on what drives they accept to boot, be it USB2 or USB3, most times they accept 2.0 without issues, it's a matter of testing.

Hey, I know after many attempts this might appear to you like a nightmare of what the hell is going on, but pretty sure you have reached the point where you do need to test your hardware, or different hardware: HDD, USB's and if everything is well connected without short circuits or anything alike. In the meantime I'm afraid you are just repeating new methods around the same faulty hardware.

Here's how to add the Windows entry to the Grub menu on Ubuntu.

I've only used 2.0 USB ports already for this reason.

Exactly what i'm doing right now, as i said in my last update, i think the touchpad is the problem, and i will disconnect as soon as i find someone able to open the laptop (one of the screws in the bottom are not getting out), and test hardware.
The bios ran a check test on the RAM, SSD and other minor components, but not the touchpad or the videocard.
So probably is one of these two, since the gtx 1650 arent being recognized in ubuntu and the touch is defective.

    Already tried Ventoy, same results.

Not the issue, Windows installer dont boots at all, not showing on GRUB is a minor problem.

Just in case you might want to try, play with the RAM, replace, move, clean, or try one stick only, or the other, etc. I tell you this because in recent years I had an issue with my HP all in one touch computer, the machine would freeze on wake and it was the RAM. Funny thing is... I ran multiple RAM tests and no error was detected, so I suspected it was the Nvidia GPU driver (sleep/wake are quite common issues with Nvidia), so... after many failed attempts I gave up thinking: Nvidia or the HP Bios. Later expanded the RAM replacing the factory placed stick, and all my problems were gone. Second funny thing? that stick of ram works perfectly on my wife's computer. I've seen things like this in the past, where one ram stick is rejected by one computer but accepted by others; or the ram is only accepted while A is on slop #1, B on slot #2, C on slot #3, etc. But any diff order makes the computer crash, yes, I've seen it myself, but nothing like this, no errors or BSOD, but freezing after wake. Just sharing.
