it seems very difficult to find detailed specs for that particular model. But you are correct, a 10th gen Intel CPU is well above the minimum specs for Windows 11.
The one spec I cannot find/confirm for looking is whether it has a switch in the bios to enable Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT). That is a firmware implementation of TPM 2.0 which meets W11 requirements. It almost certainly does, I've yet to find any machine with 8th gen or higher that doesn't.
One spec I did find was that it was supplied with Windows 10 Home, meaning that it will have a key for 10 Home embedded in the bios. Windows key are the same for both 10 and 11, so a clean install of 11 will activate from this key.
