This is where it's frozen. Touchpad won't move the cursor, nor does tab key move the focus, nor does 'Enter' seem to do anything. I want to 'Continue'

Give it a little while, some stages do appear as if they are frozen.

I do NOT use a PIN so I can't help on that. Maybe looking through the link I posted will advise you what to do.
