I've only rescued one folder as of now. Other folders in the drive are low priority

I'll have to go through the entire drive what all I've rescued and what all not. I kept procrastinating on taking the full backup even in the Win PE environment that I was able to access using Hiren BCD environment. My life got in good track as I rescued all the major stuff from it.

I was relieved that I was able to access the dynamic partition using the bootable USB environment whenever I wanted to, so I became complacent about the drive. Never in my wildest imagination I knew that the hard drive would become impossible to detect in that environment, including all the various bootable environments I tried, like Gandalf one.

Whenever I'm able to take out time, I'll first of all figure out what's wrong with the internal SSD. It is not showing up in any environment. I'll format it first and clean install fresh windows in it.

    Alright. Major happy update.

I am able to access both the internal SSD and the HDD inside the strelec custom bootable environment that I just tried few minutes ago!

Download Sergei Strelec's WinPE - MajorGeeks

    All the data is intact!

I used Rufus to create a regular bootable disk from the provided ISO file in the package.

Thanks a lot! Will surely check it out. As of now I managed to do a fresh installation of Windows 11 on the machine today. So far so good. Only got one BSOD once after that installation, but I'm able to access everything now.

Thanks a lot for this. How much free space do I need to have on a bootable USB drive in order to create this kind of setup?
