10 Update issues
For a few years I seem to have been lucky with Windows 10 Updates, not having a major problems until the latest in July 2023. This time there have been more issues, in particular with some apps vanishing or failing to open even after the app has been reinstalled --- so I would welcome advice. First, I noticed what seemed to be a big drop in available storage space on the C drive of my small Tablet PC, about 35 to 40 GB. I think I may have partly solved this, I noticed it now has a Windows Old file (24.14 GB).I believe I can simply delete this when I am ready?
Other issues are that various apps are no longer listed. or even if there is a link displayed it does not work. For example, IceCream Photo Editor cannot be launched, even after re-installing attempts. I get messages such as 'could not download. Browser crashed.' Or the following:" The drive on UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another". What does this mean, and what should I do about it?
