Excellent job @hsehestedt, although I would build the USB Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT
Once created, I would shrink the Fat32 partition and create a new NTFS partition (Z) for apps/drivers.
Thanks. Yeah, there's definitely more than one way to do it. I use that particular method for some very specific reasons:

1) I have on occasion run into people who have UFDs that were converted to GPT rather than using MBR and when they use the MCT it ends up not working.

2) It works around the 4GB file size limitations

3) It works with MBR (Legacy BIOS) / GPT (UEFI) based systems equally well

4) I build a lot of customized images for which this serves as the perfect foundation.

Bottom line is simply that this seems to work every time I ever try it when other methods refuse to work on strange hardware so it's just simply my fallback method.

Also, while I had that batch file, I also have a program that automates a bunch of stuff. For example, I developed my own method of booting from a bunch of different Windows images and Windows RE / Windows PE media such as Macrium Reflect recovery disks and it uses that as the foundation. It's kind of like a home brewed Ventoy. It will even automatically create additional partitions and optionally BitLocker protect them if I want to do that.

I know it's not for everyone, but the OP specifically noted that they wanted to create the 2 partition boot media with additional partition(s) and that's exactly what this method delivers.

Besides. I was bored
