HEEELLPP windows 10 build 19045.2965 is HORRIBLE for multiple monitors

hello can anyone please advise me on how to find the patch for this bug or update to a newer version of windows 10 PRO?

i'm running WINDOWS 10 PRO version 22H2 build 19045.2965 & it's HORRIBLE for multiple monitors as upon waking from sleep it moves around my desktops everywhere and screws me up. it's also doing this anytime for wutever reasons.
i read online where there was supposed to be a patch for it but i can't find the stupid thing and supposedly it only worked if u were an insider.

i'd like to maybe just upgrade to the newest build from a flash drive and be done with it but anyone have a link i can use to find it?

hello & thanks for trying to help but i'm just trying to find a link to download a tool to help me set up a bootable flash drive to install this...nowhere on this page can i find a simple link to download anything because as usual these web pages are over complicated with junk i don't need. is there a simple image file anywhere or a tool i can use to create a bootable flash drive?
